  • How do Ecom Gurus Works?

    Ecom-Gurus is the world’s largest marketplace for Shopify services at no expenses and no fees for buyers and only 9% commission charges for sellers (Shopify experts). Only vetted Shopify experts can sell on Ecom-Gurus. Browse our categories and look at how other sellers offer their services, find where your skills can fit in, and then decide how you want to sell. The best sellers don’t leave room for misunderstandings. For example: Make sure your seller (Shopify expert) profile is complete. Make sure your listings are well written and accurately describe the services you provide. Make sure your work samples accurately show your skills. If your buyers’ expectations are met or exceeded, you’ll get a good rating and more business.

  • How do I sign up?
    1. From the Ecom-Gurus homepage, click Join us.
    2. Enter your email and follow instructions (you can sign up using your social media accounts such as Facebook or Twitter.
    3. Choose a username.

      Note: 
      – Your username cannot be changed once you’ve activated your account.
      – Your username is your display name (within your Ecom-Gurus URL).
    4. After registering, you’ll receive an email to confirm your account

  • How to place an order?

    Ecom-Gurus enables you to browse the selection of Shopify Experts freelancers offering services, and to place orders in just one click. For more information, see How ItWorks.

  • Is there a fee to place an order?

    There are any fees or hiden charges, you’ll pay exactly the amount showed on the seller (Shopify expert) listing

  • can i cancel an order?
    Before the sellers starts working on the order
    • If you have placed an order by mistake, or just placed an order within 1 business day, you can request to cancel the order, a full refund will be given.
    During the order
    • If the seller has already started working on the service you’ve purchased, we encourage our users to communicate and resolve disputes in a friendly manner.
    After the delivery of your order
    • Requests to cancel an order after completion will be assessed by our Ecom-gurus Customer Support team, based on:
      • Violations to our Terms of Service.
      • General misconduct, such as harassment, arrogant behavior, etc.
      • Buyers and seller past reviews
    • Orders aren’t eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service delivered by the seller if the service was rendered exactly as described in the service product page and has provided proofs of completion (screenshots, codes, …).
